The last, 5 year basis DNV-GL report was published a while ago - April 16 (http://to2025.dnvgl.com/).
The Report and prospects are quite impressive and highlighting one of the key aspects which could be interesting for Maritime providers.
Apart of CO2 emissions and hybrid ME, i would name it "Substantial grout of Offshore Wind market". As a result lack of service providers / vessels able to provide full cycle of installation / maintenance.
In view of 2020 new CO2 emission rules and continuous "green energy" cost cut, following role of renewables, Wind in particular, would be growing rapidly.
Same is confirmed by "Wind Europe" (Former EWEA) Report - Wind Energy scenarios for 2030 (http://www.ewea.org/fileadmin/files/...arios-2030.pdf).
Some of the market key players already reacted:

showing the way of moving / strategy following years.
