Can someone share a practical implementation of Reliability or Condition Monitoring applied on Ports Civil Infrastructure?

Hi there Ric. I've prepared a number of maintenance guidelines for some civil aspects within the terminals. You are right, there isn't much out there, even for proprietary items like bollards and fenders, the suppliers maintenance manuals are pretty miserable. Anyhow, this is what we have in HO at DPW
